Default Data Connection Refused title on the BB

hello you guys

well, i need your help from you guys that i really want to take out this title of "Data Connection Refused" and being normal phone..but since when i got the BB 8700g from ebay, it was like this for months, it didnt change anything...i am from Cyprus, having all the time with this "Data Connection Refused" and small capitals with "gprs" not "GPRS"...can anybody to help me out how to fix this problem ? i havent tried yet about sending emails, and pin messenges...the sms and calls are totally fine...the acount of using on my BB is vodafone and the acount is totally fine and working, but i dont receive anything neither sending...thank you...i hope this time will be very useful...and i'd be happy for using emails and pin messenges...

You MUST purchase a Blackberry Data Plan from your carrier. Without the Data Plan, you will be able to use the phone and SMS text messages.

what kind of Blackberry Data Plan should i use?

The one offred by your carrier.. Some have different data usage amount plans. If you are going to use allot of data then check into a unlimited plan

Call your provider or check their website.. Every carrier offers different data plans so make sure you ask for the blackberry data plan(s)

If u want to use the 8700 as a phone ONLY without a data plan then install the .309 OS which gives u the option to disable Data Services, then u wont get the "Data Services Refused" message at the top. HTH
