My 8703 is randomly resetting every so often by itself and of course driving me crazy. It seems to happen most often when I am in the browser. This morning however it just reset moments after I turned it on. The only non RIM software I have installed is Jive Talk but I can't seem to pin point when the resetting started and when I installed Jive Talk. When it resets, Jive Talk have never been running so I doubt it could be that. Any tips ? Could I have some sort of Virus ? Should I take it to Verizon Customer Service to look at it ???

Sounds to me like a corrupt OS or a bad unit! I'd try a backup then wipe with Jl_Cmder and reload the OS.... If the issue continues after that then the unit is probably bad

Hmmm thanks for the tip but I am not sure how to do what u suggested. Can u easily explain that to me or do you think the Verizon store would help me ?
