Default Multiple Calendars

We run BES 4.0.x on Exchange 2003. Our administrative assissitant is getting a blackberry. She wants to be able to view the CEO's calendar from the BB. Is this possible?

If she has access to his calendar, yes. However, she will have to sync via USB and the secondary calendar is synced one-way only. Most of our executive assistants are set up this way.

You'll need to specify the secondary calendar in the Intellisync settings in Desktop Manager.

Thanks for the reply. I have never used the Desktop Manager, but it was easy to get setup.

A related question - I am now syncing the 2 calendars, but it didn't add a second calendar on the blackberry. Can this be done? I would like to keep the 2 calendars separate if possible.

Thanks.

Sorry -- I forgot to mention that all appointments will show up under Calendar. It will not create a second Calendar icon.
