I am so used to using the "float" option on my datebook on my treo. Is there anyway or an application that I could purchase incorporate the "float" function? Thanks in advance

Define: Floating Events are for procrastinators. Like "Do Taxes" as a floating event on Monday, if you didn't do them on Monday, it will shift to Tuesday. What makes it unique is that you can then assign a time and an alarm to annoy you to do your taxes on Tuesday. But if you did do the appointment on Monday then it will not float the event to Tuesday.

In saying all that the blackberry has a snooze feature. There might be a 3rd party software that might do it. Or you could do what I do and just schedule a float trip

I am not aware of a third party aftermarket software with that function to "float" a reminder or task from day to day.

I would be interested if you discover one, though, as that would serve (or feed) my procastination habit as well. Post back if you find one.

I've never run into a calendar function similar to float (as from DateBk 6.x for the Palm). Nor will you find a flexible Snooze function as on the Palm - you get one choice (30 minutes), or you have to open the item and change and save it.

Part of what we give up moving from Palm to Blackberry - and part of the reason I keep both...
