Hopefully someone here can assist me, as I am stumped and my 80 minute call with Sprint BB support has left me with more problems then when I started.
I am using a Sprint bb8703e. I have my @sprint.blackberry.net address and a @gmail.com address set up using BIS.
I am unable to recieve mail. I am able to send mail. Mail sent to this account is visable in my gmail inbox, however it is not being retreived by the BB.
I am unable to recieve mail. I am able to send mail. I have no mailbox icon on the BB for this account.
PIN messaging works fine.
Steps taken already:
- reset BB by removing battery.
- Delete servicebooks and resend them.
- Delete mail accounts from BIS and re ad them.
- Delete BIS account and recreate it with new username.
Initially the problem was only with my @gmail.com account but after working with sprint to fix the issue my @sprint.blackberry.net began to show the same problem.
Any help would be great. I am at my wits end with this problem.
