So I am trying to clean out my 8703e of programs I do not use and I tried to unstall YakOn! When I clicked on it, it froze for a few seconds then gave me this error - "Uncaught Exeption: net.rim.vm.StackOverflowError"

I have soft reset, hard reset, etc, but nothing works. Anyone have any idea how to master uninstall something like this? Thanks.

try removing via Desktop Manager.

I have never actually figured out how to do that. I load up Desktop Manager, click on application loader, and it doesnt show anything. Am I doing it wrong?

Did the computer recognize the blackberry? Were you prompted to go to Options, connections settings and detect device?
