I have loaded a contact list with phone numbers in it onto a number of users' Blackberries. Now, these users want to add the contacts' email addresses, as they receive an email -- but unfortunately, it doesn't allow them to merge the email address into the existing record. They have to copy and paste the email address, and unfortunately, this just isn't going to happen with these users. Suggestions? is there a patch available for the software that would prompt them to add the new info to the existing contact entry?
We have a list of all the users, but it only has their internal mail identifier (e.g., John Smith) rather than their internat mail identifier (email@example.com) because we're on Lotus Notes.
Any idea how to handle this?
