What, exactly, are you trying to do.

If you have a BlackBerry Data Plan, then the device will come up on EDGE automatically.

With no BlackBerry Data Plan, you have no data. No GPRS, no EDGE.

Nope. IIRC the Service Books do this but as NJBlackBerry has already said you have to have a Blackberry data plan first (not just a GPRS data plan).

Go ahead and try it.
It won't work.

You need a BlackBerry Data Plan.

Emulate it? I don't think so.

To use data services you must have a BlackBerry Data Plan

If anyone else knows how to do it, please chime in.

That is the way a blackberry works, not complicated at all, if you have a data plan

Perhaps you have the wrong device for you. It is NOT the same as every other phone (smart or otherwise). It is a secure, wireless e-mail device, with voice and Internet capabilities.

So the idea is to avoid someone listen to your calls or reading your emails.
Anyway is there a way to cheat my blackberry to unlock the browser and to add a custom proxy and port and it will work with the current Gprs.

Sabotage3d--Cheat, emulate, unlock... you've rephrased the same question and used a different term each time after NJBlackberry has given you the correct answer. If you want a phone that will do what you want, then you need to go purchase that device to achieve that purpose.

It's not complicated. Get the Blackberry data plan (the plan even has Blackberry in the name -- how much easier can it get?!) and service books to configure your device will be automatically pushed to your BB.

It's only complicated when you try to get something to work the way it isn't designed to.

I think this is the 6th time in this thread alone. No. You must have a Blackberry data plan. Blackberries must have access to the Blackberry APN's via the carrier for any data services and access to those APN's is only granted with a Blackberry data plan. The carriers created those plans for a reason -- not because they thought it would be fun... :P
