Excellent free app that utilizes the 8800 GPS. Looks like it supports quite a few BB models. (7100g, 7100i, 100t, 7105t, 7130c, 7130e, 7250, 7290, 7520, 8100, 8700, 8700c, 8700g, 8703e, 8800) I don't know which BB models support GPS, however.
I think the coolest thing is the voice directions. I've replaced google maps with infospace.
