Default Field Mapping and Desktop Manager & BES

Please Login to Remove!

Here's my setup. I have BES at work, so the default on my 8800 is set up for wireless sync. Then, in order to keep my home Outlook "in sync" with my work Outlook, once a week I manually sync the BB with my home computer via Desktop Manager/Intellisync (it's a PITA to have to shut off wireless sync before I do that and then turn it back on after, but it's worth it to me).

Here's my issue. I have a number of contacts that have a "Mobile 2" number (shoved into the "Car" field in Outlook 2003) that I want to have show up as "Mobile 2" in the Blackberry. I can "force" this with my home sync by just playing with the field mapping in DM's Intellisync, but how will that interact with BES's wireless syncing? Can I "force" an identical field mapping scheme in BES as well without having to get IT to do it for me?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. I don't know if it matters, but I'm also syncing my Work Outlook contacts to the Firm's global InterAction program.
