letter "u" button stuck
 

I've have my BB 8703e from VZW for 3 days now and the "U' key seems to stick where as if I type and not really pay attention, my entire email or SMS is missing all the u's, i worked around it by turning on the key tone so that I can hear the sound to verify the u key has been pressed. Anyone else have this issue? If so, was there a fix for it, or should I return the unit and exchange it for a new one?

I have the same problem with mine, but not as bad. The "u" misses about every 5th time. Return your unit if you still can. I couldn't do so with mine. My work around is to use the AutoText feature, changing "se" to "use", and "s" to "us", for example.

I had the same problem, I tried AutoText but I didn't feel really comfortable while typing so I called Customer Service and got a replacement. I suggest you should do so.
