Default .WMV format stating not supported

Please Login to Remove!
I read on CNET site that .WMV format can be viewed thru the built-in Media Player. But the device is stating "unsupported". is there a setting I need to enable?

Search RIM's knowledgebase. You need to make sure that you're not only using the correct formats but the correct codecs as well.

Do you have a link to RIM's knowledgebase? I tried looking on Blackberry.com but couldn't find anything. thanks for your help

It's under the Technical Search link. Sorry they renamed it to the Technical Solution Center and I didn't notice.
