My MIS admin will not give me the password to link my blackberry with our server at work, nor will he allow me to install the redirector on my computor at work.

Anyone know how I can get around this?

You really think anyone here is going to try to help you hack your way into your company email system?

If your company doesn't want you using your Blackberry on their network, then I'm sure they have a reason for it.
You need to play by their rules.
