takeshi is right, and just in case you didn't know if you had BES, how did you setup your email on your bb?

I set it up through the website but i'm pretty sure it's BIS since my company does not support BES at this time...

Lets say you load a backup from when you were on BES, but you're not now. Is there anyway to delete the empty folders that are there now?
