Default 7100i wont sync

Please Login to Remove!

my blackberry wont sync when I try to it freezes and closes? any ideas

Do you get an. Error message? If the BB freezes, what does DM do? Has it synced correctly in the past?



Try pulling the battery on your BB and rebooting it, as well close DM and try again...

Then, try downloading the updated DM software ver 4.2 service pack 1 from blackberry.com and going at it again.

I had ran into the same situation when I was uploading some software. Try the above plus reboot the computer. Mine only worked after I rebooted the cpu.

Default Try 4.2 sp1 desktop software

I had the same problem and gave up on synchronizing until I tried the new 4.2 sp1 desktop software.

I can sync with no errors now...

blackberry website, look for desktop software updates.
