Default Noob Help! Getting duplicate emails

Please Login to Remove!

Please help. Whenever I open an email on my blackberry, then go to my desktop outlook and open the email again, it gets resent to my blackberry. This is driving me nuts. Can anyone help me??

My suggestion is to either poll using BIS OR run redirector...

Well the redirector is part of the desktop manager. It's there, but I don't start it. I have my email address setup through my TMobile account. It makes no sense

Supamaki, I think you're going to need to provide a little more info or help. You are saying that if you open you mail in Outlook on your desktop that it automatically resends the message to your BB? That has to be some Outlook setting you have there... if you don't have Redirector running.

That's exactly what happens. I even opened redirector to make sure it wasn't running, and I got 5 or 6 emails from as far back as Feb. suddenly appearing on the BB. These had been opened. It's only mine, no one else in the office is haveing this problem. We're not running Enterprise Server either

Now I have received over 100 messages, I assume it's because I turned the redirector on and it duplicated everything from my Outlook and sent it to the BB
