I purchased a used 7100G. The company I work for will pay for both a data plan and a cellular internet plan for my laptop. As an account manager covering all of Texas and Oklahoma I cannot afford to give up my aircard for my laptop. Since I do not have a data plan for my blackberry is there anyway that I can manually push the emails from my Outlook Inbox onto my Blackberry via the USB cable? It created folders on the Blackberry but there are not messages in them.

No. Emails will not transfer via syncing. You gotta have the BB Data Plan.
