You can use a BES to sync all of your email, contacts, calender, tasks, ect...

If you are on BIS, log onto your BIS account and edit each email account you wish and add an Auto BCC to your Outlook account/address. Everything you send using those accounts will also send a copy to the BCC address.

My guess is that if you have to ask, then it isn't an option.

BES is Blackberry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange. A corporate email that allows users to wirelessly sync email, contacts and calendar data. If your company has this, then that is one way to solve your problem. If they don't, then doing it by the BIS solution I posted earlier is another, cheaper option.
