I'm confused here, I just got a SMA from 86477 that says the following:
TeleNav login: [phone number], PIN [last 4 dig of #] Download at http://ota.telenav.com/ota/at Personalize at < www.TeleNav.com.

I know I can get a BT receiver and get TeleNav, but why would they (or someone) be sending me a SMS about it? It sounds to me like they've mistaken my unit as including a GPS receiver. Thoughts?

It sounds to me like someone wanted to download the software OTA. I think that you can have Telenav send you a SMS to the link that allows you do download the software. If someone entered their phone number incorrectly, then you could have incorrectly gotten the SMS.

I would disregard it.
