Good Morning. I've done the searches but can't find an answer....

I've logged onto sprint.blackberryto create my account. I'm putting in my setup user ID and Password correctly but keep getting the error message that states
"Passwords must contain between 6 and 16 characters. Passwords are case sensitive and cannot contain accented characters."

The password's i've chosen are 6 small case letters and two numbers. I've tried every combo of this with and without numbers etc.... Same error.

Any advice please.

Open Notepad.
Type your password there so that you can see what you are typing.
In Notepad, Select password you typed and Copy.
Open BIS login page and when it asks for password Paste it.

If that does not work try password which only contains numbers.

If that does not work call customer support- may be BIS login page is not working.

OR you could be trying to create a username on Sprint that has already been taken, hence the error (although not the error message that would make more sense to tell you it is a duplicate). Try a variation of the username you desire and see what happens.
