Default 7250 verizon device error 348

Hello,

I am a new member with a 7250 about 1-1/2 yrs old (the 7250 not me). I finally tried to upgrade my 4.0 desktop and device software. First from 4.0 to 4.1 on both then to 4.2 on the desk top and 4.1 on the device. In both cases the handheld will not work. It spins the hour glass for several seconds (much longer than it did originally) then at some point in the statrt up security check or just efter it goes to 'device error 348' and I have to press 'r' or do a remove battery reset. I have tried using JL_Commander to wipe the device and start over with the same result. I have tried wiping the device and re-loading only the core OS with no added apps, same result. If any one has any ideas I'm open to trying.

Default Resolved issue 7250 device error 348

The issued has been resolved. After a trip to my local Verizon rep and a couple of call to the 800 number they sent me out a new 7250. It came with 4.1 installed and everything is working fine so far. They were actually very helpful.
