My friend sent me an MMS message yesterday and I was not able to see the picture that she sent. The only way I could see it was when she e-mailed me. Is there a reason I cannot see the content of the message or is it just a Blackberry problem?

the MMS not receiving the image issue is normally related to your carrier, not the Blackberry.

My carrier is T-Mobile and hers is Verizon, which I thought might be the problem.

My friend and I who both have blackberries sometime recieve MMS with photos/audio fine works perfectly other times they come completley blank we called our provider (T-Mobile) they said it's a problem with BB's in Massachusetts but I don't know - he told us to delete all this info like all thwe stuff you've done on your phone then do a hard reset and it worked but only for a little bit so yeah its not just you!
