Why and how to fix "pt no pot" when I type "no"? It also auto completes "a" as "on on". What the?????(n) |
Ahhhhhh. you have found the infamous Catala input language. I have had this happen to me after trying to lock my keyboard with the old school 7250 method of holding down alt and cap. However, on the 8800, this changes the input language. Go into Setting, Options, Lanugage and check to see that English (assuming) is your Language AND Input Language. let us know. |
I was sending messages to a buddy while in traffic and did not know it was in this language and he responses were pretty funny. He was like what the H*&^ are you typing?? |
Oh, and if you want to have a quick method of locking your keyboard (assuming this could have led you here to this issue), with your 8800 you just disable dialing from the home screen in the Phone, Options menu and then just hit "k" from the home screen to lock. |
Hi just figured it out, changed language. This sometimes happens, i figure out an answer right after i ask the question. Sorry to trouble all. |
No worries cause I can get those minutes back anyways....8-) JK |
