All BlackBerries use a form of "NVFS" (internal flash memory storage) -- Your data do not get lost when you remove the battery or the battery get run down.
That's why you almost never hear complaints about things like lost addressbooks on a BlackBerry, like you may for most models of PocketPC's and Palm's. Everything is stored to flash on the fly. |
