I went to ColabNet's support site and this is the information they had pertaining to my problem:

"Screensaver feature no longer works. However, manually starting the slideshow does work. How do I fix the screensaver?
This is a known bug on some BlackBerry models with certain OS versions. This problem can be solved by removing and reinserting the BlackBerryxxx8217;s battery."

However, I have removed and reinserted the battery and it doesn't help.

I have the Berry Pix Screen Saver set to a 15 second standby timeout. I wait the 15 seconds (and much longer) and the screensaver never turns on. It is supposed to run a slideshow as your screen after a set amount of time.

I have used the searched feature of this site and was not able to find a solution that way.

Default still having problems

Berry Pix representative,

I have rebooted the 8800 several times and the screensaver will not launch. I can watch the slideshow by accessing the program and selecting "Start Slideshow", however, it will not launch as the screensaver even though I have the standby timout set to 15 seconds.

I have read the entire 'Berry Pix v2.0 - Frequently Asked Questions' section and I have not found a solution to the screensaver problem.
