Default Help!

Hey about a month or two ago if I hosted a MP3 somewhere that I wanted to DL as a ringtone all I had to do was go to the link on my BB8700G's stock browser (not opera) and it would play it then I could DL it and set it as a ringtone - but then I upgraded my OS to the new one and now it still plays it but when I hit save it says "unable to save file" - is this just a error on my phone or does the new OS's browser make it so you can't set MP3's offline as ringtones? Please help!!!
