I have a 7130e and was using BES at my old company. I have since left and joined a new firm that does not officially support BBs.

I am now using BIS with my company email forwarded to the BIS address. I have set the BIS settings up to show my new corporate address (me@company.com) and with that as the reply to as well. This works fine when the email originates from my handheld.

Now something funny is happening. If I send an email from any address (ie. ) to my corporate email and it is then forwarded to my handheld. I reply from my handheld and it shows up to the orginal sender displaying BIS address. But if they reply to my reply....it addresses it to my old company address!! I cannot locate this old address anywhere on my handheld or in BIS to delete it. This is not unique to any particular sender, I have tried it from a few different places and it happens on every email I reply to.

This is creating a problem because if a customer emails me and I reply on my handheld. When they respond - it goes to my old company.

Any suggestions on how I can delete and reset that old Reply to address?

For anyone interested, a full wipe of the device fixed this issue. I suspect it had something to do with initial BES activation. Once the device was wiped clean, it went back to normal and followed the settings on BIS.

Good job Manny. I've had to use the wipe function a few times. Usually when I absolutely cannot figure out what I did to screw up my bb, and can't seem to fix it by adjusting things. Good news is, the wipe has always worked. So far...
