I have a 7130e and was using BES at my old company. I have since left and joined a new firm that does not officially support BBs.
I am now using BIS with my company email forwarded to the BIS address. I have set the BIS settings up to show my new corporate address (email@example.com) and with that as the reply to as well. This works fine when the email originates from my handheld.
Now something funny is happening. If I send an email from any address (ie.
) to my corporate email and it is then forwarded to my handheld. I reply from my handheld and it shows up to the orginal sender displaying BIS address. But if they reply to my reply....it addresses it to my old company address!! I cannot locate this old address anywhere on my handheld or in BIS to delete it. This is not unique to any particular sender, I have tried it from a few different places and it happens on every email I reply to.
This is creating a problem because if a customer emails me and I reply on my handheld. When they respond - it goes to my old company.
Any suggestions on how I can delete and reset that old Reply to address?
