hey i just ran into a problem for the first time and i'am stuck. when i saw a number for a company that said just call
example 1 800 blackberry
i noticed the number keys don't have the ABC icons on them . is there a tool or app i can use to tell me witch key is which letter when trying to call a number using letters, other than by memory or counting out the keys !

Hold down the alt key and type the letter; the BB figures out the rest. Here is another thread that I found with the same information:
