Hi, I am my company's regional tech support. 2 days ago one of our offices brought in one of their Blackberry 8700r which use to be used by one of our manage who pasted away. However they now wanted to reuse the phone but the last user have set and power on password. I have worked 2 days on it, is there anyway to bypass the password even if it means cleaning everything out to factory, since the last user (unfortunately) will never going to needed it anyway.

PS. is there anyway to unlock this so we could ship this to our euro office for them to use there?
