Default Past calendar entries

I hope this hasn't been addressed too many times in the past, and sorry if I am double posting. I just couldn't find the answer to this exact question.

I have a 7100i that I have updated to the latest version through Nextel. Two problems arose.

1. How do I keep past calendar entries and,

2. When I try and download pictures off of an email sent to my bb address I get a msg stating, "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found."

I have gone to the Nextel BIS and resent my service books with no success. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

only way i know is by synching with dtm 4.1.....this is a free d/l if you don't have it. once downloaded, go into 'intellisync'-'configure pim'- think it is then 'advanced' (sorry dont have it ibn front of me) but there is a setting here that allows you to set so many months forward and months back for your synching settings....just remember that if you are synching too many months it may actually cause your bb hh to throw a 'not enough memory' type error.

fact 1...if you are receiving an email and just a 'LINK' to a pic it won't open the link. no way. attachment actually has to be attached and residing on the bb.

fact 2...if you do have the attachment residing on the bb AND it is a format that can be opened AND it is less size than maximum size allowed (i want to say 2mb) then it will open.

if it don't ....reload hh software.
