Blackberrys on Blackberry Internet Service use technology called PUSH email, it checks about every 15 minutes. If you require quicker, you will need to have your email forwarded to your blackberyy address you created when you set up your account (username@yourcarrier.blackberry.net).

No, you should configure your mail setup on your BB differently, to accomodate your needs. The method I described above will be instant delivery, if that is fast enough. There other instant delivery methods using a gmail config which lots of people use.

If I forward to the sprint.blackberry.net and then want to reply, does it show that sprint.blackberry.net address or my original domain?

My concern is those ping-pong email conversations that I have with my original email addresses. I want to make sure I can still do that.

Setup your various accounts to "poll" as stated by JSanders:

This will create an address on your BB that you can send from w/that address. I would also encourage you to read blackberryfaq.com as it contains answers to many of your questions and/or future questions as well as Searching the forums:

Oh and welcome to the forums!
