Default 8707v connecting /MM problem .

Hello , ive trind find any topic wich could give me any help but i dont have a luck today...

This is my problem .

Ive installed software to my cpu (latest Desktop Manager from blackberry site). And i want to use Media Manager software. Device is connected all looks fine till try get to MM - error look like that "the connected BlackBerry device does not support transfering media files. Verify that device has BlackBerry Device Software version 4.2 or later installed."

I dont understand about what software this comment i talking. Ive install all possible software to cpu and its still didnt work. My blackberry is 8707v buying from Vodafone in Germany

Mulahay, If your BB is running OS version 4.1 or less, you can not use Media Manager. It is not possible. Check your OS version by going to Options, About.

Hmm so , software from 8700 wil work with my 8707v ? (sorry for double posting , i forgot about edit)
