Default wipe question

Please Login to Remove!

So I am using the wipe function to try to wipe my old 7100g. When I enter "blackberry" and press enter - it says wipe was cancelled. What am I doing wrong? do I enter blackberry with the " marks?

where do you type that in to wipe?

Options -> Security Options -> General Settings. Click trackwheel/ball and click Wipe Handheld.
