I am about to upgrade to version 4.2 on my 8700c. When I checked the Pocketday Pro download page, there are several versions, as follows:
(1) 4.2 (Pearl / 8100 / 8800)
(2) 4.1
(3) 4.x (If you don't know use this)

Does anyone know if I should use the 4.2 or 4.1 version. My concern is that I think the 4.2 version of PD takes advantage of the trackball, which the 8700 will not have, even after the upgrade to OS 4.2.

I currently have 4.25 installed on my 8700g. So you should be good with that version. To be sure, go to Options > ABout and check out the handheld version you are running.

I upgraded my tmo 8700 to OS4.2 yesterday. My Pocketday 4.24 works fine.
