| Can't Install Mail - Going Suicidal Please Login to Remove! I just got from Verizon an 8703e. I had previously had an 8700 from T-mobile. I disabled the mail service on the old 8700.
I have attempted to install email on the new 8703e.
--It asks me for my Login and Password, which I provide. I have done this many times so I am quite sure it is correct. it responds with "Please check your information and try again." And this I have tried many times with the same result.
--So I return to logon, and it has an option "Forgot your password?". It asks me to enter my userID, which I do and submit. It then says, "Your password has been successfully sent to your Blackberry." (It has not been sent and does not show up in my email. And then when I click OK it says "Login Failed. Invalid user ID or Password.
--So then I go and try to create a new account. Using the same UserID and password. And it says nothing doing, this account already exists.
So here I sit. Smoke is coming out of my ears. I think I am going to take one of the little red pills (oh, wait, I don't have any little red pills - a bit of scotch will have to do it).
Help will be gratefully received. I would be happy to engage a telephone consultant ($$) who could lead me out of this problem.
