All is working fine, except i keep getting about 30 emails a day welcoming me to rogers activation blah blah blah

roger tech support says its a know problem and RIM is working on it.

Well what you gotta do is delete your BIS account and re-create it. You should get the BIS 2.0 since its problem free! You can tell if your on the old BIS if you login and the screen is yellow and white then your on the old one. If your on the new one the screen is white and grey when you login. I tried it and it works. I stopped getting the emails.

Do you have an "INBOX" with 2.0???
I have had the same problem with receiving a TON of the same e-mails when I re-sent my service book.
The Rogers rep told me there was a few differences with BIS and BIS 2.0.
What differences have you noticed...?

fixed it!

Had Rogers delete the old BIS or WEB Client and did a new acct on 2.0 BIS and it has solved the problem.

I also didnt know about the multiple email accounts that you can send from now.

if you have multiple accounts dont forget to go into

options-advanced options-message Services and select your default email addy

i did a search and found that here as i had trouble setting that up

hope this helps

Default Am I crazy?

I stopped getting these darn emails after simply replying to one of them. No content in the email; I just hit reply and then send.

I'm not sure if that's the reason they stopped, but it's worth a try for you.
