| Taken off BBES now Cell does not work Please Login to Remove! Terminated employee once on company BBES server and now deleted aquired the company BB for personal use. Ex employee created his own account with T-Mobile and is able to receive and send emails. But for some reason he is unable to place or receive cell calls via BB device? When placing a call he get "emergencies calls only". When calling his BB cell calls go directly to VM.
I called T-moble and downloaded and install new BB software. Still unable to use BB cell. Tech said something about provisions on the BBES server and that only IT can correct this issue. My problem is that I deleted user from BBES. I can not put user back on BBES being that he was terminted.
I spent 5 hours on the phone with T-Mobile support and havent resolved this issue. A temp fix that I came up with was to forward all BB calls to his cell.
This is not going to fly for to long.
Did anyone esle experience this problem?
