I have been unable to locate the "Internet Browser" icon after loading OS 4.2. I can access the Internet Browser by the following:
- Open up either the Cingular Browser or the BlackBerry Browser
- Press the thumbwheel and then select Go To...
- Press the thumbwheel and then select "Change Browser"
- Select "Internet Browser"

I would prefer to have the Internet Browser available from the main screen.

My company restricts access to sites such as webmail so having the Internet Browser is handy as it does not go through the BES.

I use the Cingular Browser for WAP sites.

I use the BlackBerry browser primarily to access intranet sites

This is why I want all three available from the main screen.

Any ideas?

In 4.2.x versions the browsers are integrated. The way you described is the way to change browsers on the 4.2.x browser app, although there is a way I have seen to break them up. I'm going to get in touch with someone to find out how.

So I do like having the ability to change what browser is being used from within the browsers. That said, I still also want all the browsers accessible from the main screen.
