Hey all, I'm using the Dimension Zen theme and on the home menu the icon for unread email is saying "2" with the little envelope next to it. When i go into the email list and press "u" the BB tells me there is no unread emails/messages. Iv tryed resetting (pulling batt out) and changing from theme to theme. Just will not go away, getting really annoying. Any ideas ?

Try seeing if you have any "Saved Messages" that are listed as unread. Go to your menu in Messages and scroll/enter Saved Messages.

Check folders too if you are using them on the device.

Sorry I have taken a while to reply, have been away - bit busy. Thanks for your help though its worked fine, there where unopened items in the saved folder.
