Default I Can't Reply To E-Mails (8703/Verizon)

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, here is the backstory:

About 6 weeks ago I was taken off of my work's BES. I was put back on a few days later and ever since then I haven't been able to reply to any e-mails on my BB coming into my work e-mail account. I also have my Hotmail account sent to my BB and I can respond to those just fine, but nothing with my work account.

I took my device to 2 different IT people at my work, and neither of them were able to fix anything. They re-activated me on the BES just to see if that would do anything, but it didn't, they also tried doing everything they could think of and nothing. They think that I may need to try Verizon to see if they can help me, but I figured I would ask the real experts first. Anyone have any ideas? I'm desperate!!!

Thanks in advance...

P.S. It's good to be back on these forums. It's been a while!

Default admin account?

Were/are you using an admin account in a windows network? The reason I ask is I had a similar issue after we completed the Windows 2003 DST updates.

Nope I'm not using an admin account. I still can't figure this out. I've tried a hard reset, I've tried everything that I can think of. Anyone else have any thoughts?

Stupid question, but have you tried the Enterprise Activation again and made sure you've got the correct email address in there? I see you're already receiving emails - but it might be worth while to try a re-activation to see if that helps. Options, Advanced Options, Enterprise Activation, enter email address and passcode, enter, enter. Also, tried a hard reboot?

Yeah I tried reactivating, and a hard reset, both multiple times. I just don't understand it. Maybe there is something with my device and I should try giving Verizon a call.

Maybe remove all the IT Policies, wipe the BB and restore to factory settings and then set you back on BES.
