Default AOL IM Problems: Tone & LED won't stop blinking!

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all,

Just got my 7100t and am still figuring it out. RTFM doesn't help much, as the manual from T-Mobile is junk.

When I activate AOL IM on the phone and enter into a conversation, the LED starts blinking red. I can't shut it off, I've looked everywhere for that setting. What's more, even when I exit out of AIM & shut it all off, the LED still keeps blinking! The only way to get it to stop is to cycle the phone.

Also, even in vibrate mode, with all notifications set to "mute", incoming IMs still generate a sound. Not cool.

Any ideas on how to get the LED to stop, and to shut off the sound? Thanks!
