Talking Got my 8700g!

Please Login to Remove!

It finally arrived today!! It is working really well.. I went ahead and slapped the 4.2.1. update on there before I started messing with it.. Everything is running awesomely! The only thing is the delete key has to be worked hard in order to work correctly. Has anyone else had that sort of issue?

Jim, congratulate for the new 8700g, the delete key might be tight when it is new, give it sometime, and thanks for PM me the link I needed.
I just posted the new BLACKBERRY.ALX file to unlock all themes for the OS4.2.

Congrat in the new 8700g!

Have fun and I suggest you to download (or request the beta test) JiveTalk. It is an excellent software. I love it.

Thanks you all! It is taking some time to get used to. The 7290 had a wider keyboard layout so its like I am having to re-learn how to type.. Its a labour of love.. Plus the speed (compared to the 7290) is awesome! I got this from ebay (Yeah, I know the stigma behind that) but I must say that I got a pretty cool deal and an almost brand new device to boot.

I am just fortunate that I have a place to come and get answers when I need them. So, thank you! All of those that make a point to help others..

Now, time to go watch some Stargate while geeking out on my 8700g!

how much did you get yours for? I recently bought a replacement 8700g from eBay for about $250 and it was in pretty great condition.
