I am a BB dumbo but have been using for one year without problem. Suddenly my ISP (Telefonica Spain) changed my email address by adding the number 1 to the part before the @. After circulating everyone my new address my emails are functioning fine at home but no way can I get them sent to my BB. Can anyone give me a really basic step by step 1. Do this 2. Do this 3. Do this etc in words of one syllable that a total dumbo can understand? My service provider for the BB is Vodafone, Spain.

You really should integrate another email account with BIS and give people that email address to avoid this (and potential spam issues down the road) sort of issue. Your *.blackberry.net address should only be used for forwarding.

You need to go into your BIS account where you originally set up your email and make the necessary changes.

I cannot get past "An account already exists for this PIN" on the BB
