Default Add myFaves to unlocked 8800

Just wondering, if now that the T-Mobile version of the 8800 is coming out (and eventually the firmware) will I be able to update my unlocked Cingular 8800 and add the myFaves software to the handset? Is it somehow locked to the hardware on the phone, similar to the startup screen?

Once they "officially" release the new phone (as in actually sending the devices to users) a couple of weeks later they will probably release their OS. Upgrade your device to that OS and you should be good to go for myFaves.

As long as you have a myfavs plan you will be able to take advantage of free calls to your 5 no matter what phone your SIM is in. You will just have to manage and change your 5 numbers via my t-mobile.
