we have a communications company and we use our blackberry's very very heavy. Has anyone had dropped calls or when you try to make a new call and transfer over it just drop one? I've seen it where it says I have the person on hold while he was connected to me. This has happened to alot of people I know that have blackberry's but I can't find a solution. Is there any updates for firmware for these phones?? Appreciate the help.
