is there anyway to create a bookmark and make a shortcut to it on your main menu? for instance, i want to create my own wap site w/ links to the sites i will frequent the most, can i make a shortcut to this on the main menu?

if not, how do you change the default shortcut that will be chosen when you first enter the browser?

No, there's not an easy way of doing this. You could create a very simple app that sits on the home screen and opens up a browser to your link though. That would be the simplest way of doing this.
