Urgh! My trackwheel has broken and will not move left at all! Honestly, the build quality of this phone is absolute crap. I wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem because I only hope that this is an isolated incidence and won't happen again when I return this one. :(

have you tried a hard reset of the device (pull battery for 30 sec)????
