Odd problem and hopefully not a dumb question.

I have many people here using 8700gTMobile software 4.2.1.91 (yes, really). If we type in an address not listed in our address book and use the lookup function on our BES server, some people see all the information in LD for the looked up contact (Mobile, Home, Fax etc) and some just see name and address, no numbers. All same 8700g software revisions, same BES, same Desktop Manager.... We're all domain admins.

Any clues on what's up or where to look?

Not a dumb question at all. I can tell you from experience when I've dealt with a similiar problem in which some of the addresses located in Outlook did not appear on the BB. Upon further investigation the cause was another local .pab (personal address book) file that didn't make it over to the BES, since it was stored locally and not on the Exchange server. What do you guys use for email, Notes? Exchange? Hope this helps or leads you in some direction

Did this ever get resolved I am starting to see some of the same issues some people will get all the infrormation and some people will not. We are 4.1.4 exchange 2003, and sql 2005 1500 users
