I currently have 4 emails on my BB but for some reason I can't seem to change the default email

it always is set to one I hardly use,
Is it possible to do this, if so any ideas where?

(Settings/Tools -->) Options --> Advanced Options --> Message Services. Use the space bar to set the email service you want to use as your default and save.
