Default Ebay "Request Entity Too Large" Error Message

Please Login to Remove!

I used to be able to access eBay on my 8700c. Now I can't and just get the message "HTTP Error 413: Request Entity Too Large". I've cleared out my cache and still same message.
I don't have access to wap.ebay.com so this does not help me. I am not computer savvy, but I would love to try to get my eBay back. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

The WAP site is better to use. I don't understand what you mean you don't have access to it? Why not?

Company supplied device and access filtered. access denied to wap.ebay.com. I used to have this problem with cnn.com and accuweather.com, but now I can access those. I've tried all the emulation modes. What else?

I can get to ebay on my 8700 but after signing in when i go to my ebay watch page all i get is a blank screen. I can see all of the items on other pages but not on mybay watch page. When i go to my bank page i have the same problem. I try the wap.ebay.com page.

Sometimes, also, using Opera Mini as your browser for banking pages works better, I understand that its security is much better and works better with some banking sites.

I am now able to access eBay. After playing with it for a while and comparing it to my sister's configuration, I had to make some changes. I found that if I go into Browser Configuration and only check the first two boxes, I was okay. Once I checked the other boxes like Support Java popups, Show embedded media, etc., I got the "Request Entity Too Large" message again.
